Bill Frankel

Bill Frankel President



Bill has been active in the insurance industry for over 35 years. Since the early 1990s, Bill has been President of the agency. He is responsible for agency direction as well as working with clients to find solutions to traditional and new risk. Often he works with clients and their professionals to meet the requirements of lenders and municipalities and to make sure their coverages are as complete as possible. Bill reviews that our clients business activities to see that they are protected, too help them transfer risk to contractors and vendors when possible, to avoid risk and to understand what risk they are assuming. Bill stays involved in his clients claims often arriving onsite before any adjusters.

Carin Della Badia

Carin Della Badia Chief Operating Officer



Carin is our Chief Operating Officer and is involved with client and agency issues across the board as well as supervising the insurance staff. She has been in the insurance industry for 27 years and with Lewis-Chester for 25. She interfaces with our largest accounts and handles most of the large builders risk programs that the agency deals with. Carin is responsible for marketing new and existing accounts, gathering information and presenting/explaining clients’ exposures and insurance requirements to insurance carriers.

Lisa O’Connor

Lisa O’Connor Vice President



Lisa is a 27 year member of the Lewis-Chester staff. She started as a personal lines agent and then moved into commercial insurance. Lisa handles the $50 Million umbrella program and the Senior Housing program, its renewal process, and wholesale brokerage. She has seen the evolution of the Affordable Housing Program and is an expert in the area of Property and Casualty insurance. Lisa is also knowledgeable in areas such as Crime, Tenants discrimination, D&O and Professional insurance, Flood, Equipment breakdown, and Umbrellas. Her responsibilities include servicing a large book of agency accounts, generally Senior Multi-Family and Affordable Housing.

LaToya D. Stadler

LaToya D. Stadler Vice President



LaToya has been with Lewis-Chester for 20 years. She is a Commercial Account Executive who works directly with our COO on the company’s largest and most complicated accounts. She handles all incoming new business calls and is responsible for the daily servicing of a broad habitational book of business as well as supporting the managing team.

Lois Ramsey

Lois Ramsey Senior Personal Lines Account Executive



Lois began working with us a Lewis-Chester in 1978 and is responsible for servicing all personal lines clients with staff including the most complicated insurance needed by high net-worth individuals with larger high value collections, multiple homes, including homes on the ocean. Lois has seen it all.

Beth A. Ripperger

Beth A. Ripperger Personal Insurance and New Business Coordinator



Beth Ripperger is responsible for reaching out to our community and being available to provide individual service that only a designated local insurance professional can provide. Call Beth and arrange to meet to be treated as only a LOCAL agent can do.

Evelyn Davis

Evelyn Davis Senior Account Executive



Evelyn started at Lewis-Chester in 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She provides group and individual health, life and long term care, and Medicare benefit plans and programs. Her objective at Lewis-Chester is to help her clients make an informed decision while at the same time helping them to realize the most value for their premium dollar.
