We do a great deal of work at these locations for existing properties or buildings under construction. Often flood zones have changed. The National Flood Program NFIP has been changing the rules and and changing definitions. We are always current.

Mortgagees are now reacting to climate change in the extreme regarding flood coverage. After Hurricane Sandy, mortgagee requirements have at times become shocking and unreasonable. We provide excess flood limits and negotiate on our clients behalf to limit these flood requirements.
