We began this project insuring a client” vacant historic buildings, demolition on the site, site improvements, and finally the construction of new buildings and the total renovation of the existing structures.

While additional phases of construction continue, our organization insures the commercial and residential rental units, condominium association and the master HOA.

We have also implemented a condo owners and renters program to protect the residents and the landlord from risk as a result of the occupancies.
